How this got here

1. Someone ran robodev artifacts deploy ., picked the folder in the dashboard, or asked an agent to call deploy_artifact.
2. Every file was uploaded with its relative path. about/index.html is this page.
3. The site is served byte-for-byte: /about redirects to /about/, unknown paths get 404.html.
